检测原理:本试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附检测技术。特异性捕获抗体预包被在高亲和力的酶标板上,酶标板孔中预先加入生物素标记的微球和辣根过氧化物酶微球。酶标板孔中加入标准品和待测样本,经过孵育,样本中存在的待测物质与捕获抗体和检测抗体结合。洗涤去除未结合的物质后,加入显色底物(TMB),避光显色。颜色反应的深浅与样本中待测物质的浓度成正比。加入终止液终止反应,在 450 nm 波长 (参考波长 5630 nm) 测定吸光度值。

CXCL8 分子靶点综述
白细胞介素8(IL-8)是由巨噬细胞和其它类型细胞如上皮细胞、气道平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞产生的趋化因子,在人类中,由IL8基因编码。IL-8可有效促进血管生成,在细支气管炎的发病机制中起重要作用。IL-8可通过对中性粒细胞的召集和脱颗粒来实现对炎症反应的调节,可作为结肠癌细胞株的自分泌生长因子来作用于结肠直肠癌。高水平的IL-8可减少精神分裂症患者抗精神病药的阳性反应。另外,IL-8与肥胖和囊性纤维化的发病机制也相关。
