TF 分子靶点综述

转铁蛋白(TF)是一种分泌蛋白，属于转铁蛋白家族，是由肝脏表达并分泌到血浆中。TF分子量约为80kDa，包含两个特异的高亲和力Fe3+结合位点。TFs是存在于血浆中的铁结合糖蛋白，可调控生物体液中的游离铁水平，它的主要作用是从十二指肠吸收中心和白细胞巨噬细胞转运铁到其它组织。TF与先天免疫系统有关。在炎症状态下，它的水平会降低。我们常见到缺铁性贫血患者中的血浆TF水平是增加的。而铁超负荷和蛋白质营养不良患者中的血浆TF水平通常是降低的。最近，人们发现当TF受体吸引抗体时，TF及其受体可减少肿瘤细胞。TF是一种急性期蛋白，因此在炎症、癌症和某些疾病中它的水平是下降的。
